Terms & Conditions Weddings

This Terms and Conditions Agreement is entered into between Camera Master Photo & Video ("Connor McNeil") and the agreeing client for photography and/or videography services for the Client’s wedding event. By signing this Agreement, the Client agrees to the following terms:

Services Provided

Camera Master Photo & Video agrees to provide photography and/or videography services as outlined in the selected wedding package. The Client is responsible for providing accurate details about the Event, including date, time, location, and specific requirements, via a designated form provided by Camera Master Photo & Video.

Deposit and Payment

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure the booking. The deposit is only refundable if Camera Master Photo & Video is unable to provide services due to an availability issue.

Full payment for the agreed-upon services must be made no later than one (1) week prior to the Event date. Failure to make full payment by this deadline may result in cancellation of services.

Second Photographer

If the selected wedding package includes a second photographer, their presence is only guaranteed for Events taking place within the state of Colorado. For Events outside Colorado, a second photographer may be provided at the discretion of Camera Master Photo & Video, subject to availability and additional fees.

Delivery of Products

All photos and videos will be delivered to the Client via a download link within ninety (90) days of the Event date.

Additional products included in the package, such as a Custom USB Drive and/or 20-Page Hardcover Photo Book, may take longer to deliver due to production and shipping timelines. Camera Master Photo & Video will provide estimated delivery timelines for these items upon request.

Client Responsibilities

The Client must complete and submit a provided form with detailed information about the Event (e.g., schedule, locations, key moments, and special requests) prior to the Event date. Failure to submit the completed form may result in issues during the Event, including but not limited to missed shots or scheduling conflicts, for which Camera Master Photo & Video will not be held liable.

Damage Liability

The Client is responsible for any damage to Camera Master Photo & Video’s camera gear, equipment, or property caused by the Client, their guests, or any other party associated with the Event including venue staff. The Client agrees to reimburse Camera Master Photo & Video for the full cost of repairs or replacement of damaged equipment.

Equipment Malfunctions

While rare, photo, video, or audio issues may occur due to camera or equipment malfunctions. Camera Master Photo & Video will take all reasonable steps to mitigate such issues but is not liable for partial or complete loss of coverage due to unforeseen technical failures.

Force Majeure

Camera Master Photo & Video will not be liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, illness, or government restrictions. In such cases, Camera Master Photo & Video will work with the Client to get replacement coverage or provide a refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation

If the Client cancels the Event or services, the $100 deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments made will be refunded according to the following schedule:

Cancellation more than 30 days before the Event: Full refund of payments made beyond the deposit.

Cancellation within 30 days of the Event: No refund of payments made beyond the deposit unless agreed upon by Camera Master.

Camera Master Photo & Video reserves the right to cancel services due to non-payment or breach of this Agreement, with no obligation to refund the deposit.

Usage Rights

Camera Master Photo & Video retains the copyright to all photos and videos taken during the Event. The Client is granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the delivered photos and videos for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Client must obtain written permission from Camera Master Photo & Video for any commercial use of the images or videos. Your photos and videos may be used by Camera Master on social media, the Camera Master website, and other parties Camera Master gives permission to. Your photos and/or videos will not be sold to others.

Liability Limitation

Camera Master Photo & Video’s liability for any claim arising from this Agreement is limited to 50% of the amount paid by the Client for the services. Camera Master Photo & Video is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including emotional distress or lost opportunities.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and Camera Master Photo & Video and supersedes all prior agreements. Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions during booking, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
